One Hundred Pushups Program
It seems like the new buzz around on the internet is the One Hundred PushUp Program. Basically this program is a three time a week, six week program. At the end of the program you should be able to do one hundred pushups. I decided to jump on the program, whats better then hopefully being able to do a hundred pushups at the end of the six week program. For the record, my inital test of pushups was twenty.
The first week went well, I was able to complete each day without any major issues. Next week looks a little more challenging though, it should be interesting. I am keeping a daily log of how many pushups I do, I will post the daily log after the six weeks are completed.
